Household Support Fund

The Household Support Fund opens up 2-3 times a year and is aimed at helping low income individuals and families. Here is a link for the info:

Two things you need to know:

1. There is a pot of money allocated to serve the HSF and when it's gone, it's gone.
2. HDC Customer Services is a referral point which can help get you sorted.

The Household Support Fund, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, will pause on the 19th December to allow all vouchers to be issued before Christmas. It will reopen on 5th January 2026.
