Grants can be awarded in January of any year in accordance with the Parish Council’s Policy on Grants. • choose January Parish Council minutes of appropriate year to show grants awarded for forthcoming financial year Funds will be paid following Parish Council approval which can be at any time during the financial year. • choose appropriate meeting, i.e. month following quarter end and view Quarterly Financial Check Expenditure – this report shows grants expenditure and the associated Parish Council minute reference. |
